[A word about your thoughts on your first solo album] I thought it would be great for people who like music to really enjoy it, and it was a very satisfying activity. ​[Is there a reason to release one song each?] I think every single song has part of my story in them, Because I wanted you to listen to each songs individually, rather than looking at the songs as group, I didn’t release them all at once. ​[Abt the song FRI(END)S] I originally thought about including Friends on the 'Layover' album, but I thought it would be better to release this song separately. It's a song that I've been working on for about 2 years So it turns out that this song was finally released like this and it’s a song that contains lots of memories. Since you can listen to this song with close friends or close hyungs, I definitely wanted to release this song someday and it turned out to be now. ​[Favorite Lyrics] But once it crosses the line, there's an eye. You and I can never turn around It's the second verse part, and it's not the vocalization I usually sing, but I think I directed it to change the style a little bit by changing the tone a little bit. So I liked that part because it was novel. ['FRIENDS' letters question. 'F' for FIRST : What comes to mind when you hear the word First?] When we first performed. Just a showcase? We debuted at the showcase. There must have been less than 100 fans. At that time, there was no official name, ARMY, & honestly, I wish I could go back to that time. ['I' for IDENTITY : What is the difference between V and Kim Taehyung?] I think the basic tendencies are the same. Because both have similar wishes and pursuits and have similar perspectives, I think V is my character. I think it would be good if you think of V as a character that Kim Taehyung created a persona for. It's not like I'm eating as V. I live as V on stage, but in fact, when I come off stage, I am Kim Taehyung. ​['E' for EGO : The most solid part of the inner self] Pride. I think I always live with pride in my work and the stage where our team performs with our fans. I think I'm loving the things I'm doing just as I love myself a lot. I think resting and sleeping are short-lived. I sometimes wonder what it would have been like if there were longer hours in a day. ['D' for DRAMA : If your life were made into a drama, what genre would it be?] I think I'll go with a black comedy.
